• "load" command URI: SMASH-CLP
• "KVMs console (ActiveX/Java)": Server Web console – "KVMs Redirection"
(*)When connecting using a domain name (FQDN) to Server Web console, "KVMs Redirection"
can not be used.
A hyperlink to Server/Resource Web console in "Summary" of System Web console will be URL including
IPv4 address in the case connected using a domain name (FQDN) to System Web console.

Force Dump

Dump and collect the memory contents.
Refer to the notes described below to perform this operation.
 Setting is required for each type of OS to collect memory dump. Refer to "Software" for
details.
 Consult with maintenance personnel of the maintenance service company when collecting
dump. Performing collection when the server is operating properly may affect the system
operation.
 Although a message indicating virtual memory shortage may be displayed when restarting
after the failure occurrence, continue to start the server. Data may not be dumped properly
when performing the reset in the middle.
 Request the appropriate support service provider conforming to the support agreement for
analyzing the collected memory dump.
 Execute the following with EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor for procedure of collecting dump.
[Server x]->[SVRx Control]->[SVRx For Maint]->[SVRx Force Dump]->[Execute]
