2.4 Hard Reset
Create the file input-RequestPowerStateChange10.xml and enter the following command, if you
use WinRM. This operation issue the power status change request which the power status is
10(Master Bus Reset), to MGM.

Same means as "cold reset". Cold reset includes hardware initialization.

NOTE:
This operation behavior is same as when the "Hard Reset"
button is clicked at "Summary" page of server web console.
"Hard Reset" operation at "Execute Menu" of
EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor is same too.
