· Session Timeout Minutes
This settings controls how long users logged in to an IP Office Customer Call Reporter web client can be
inactive. When this timeout is exceeded, the user is required to login again. The time out setting can be
off or set for between 1 minute and 600 minutes. The default setting is 30 minutes.
· Diagnostic Trace Settings
This option will only be used when advised by Avaya when they require additional information to diagnose a
possible problem.

Click Update. Anyone who is using the client application will be logged off as soon as you update the settings.

6.6 Diagnostics

The options available on the Diagnostic tab should only be used under guidance by an Avaya authorized engineer.
When run the diagnostics traces are written into the IP Office Customer Call Reporter database and so consume space.
Therefore diagnostics trace should only be run when absolutely required for fault resolution.
