When the Gigabit Ethernet interface of the VRRP master fails, the iSCSI session is terminated. The host
then reconnects to the target and the session comes up because the second Gigabit Ethernet interface has
taken over the virtual IP address as the new master.

configuration for iSCSI initiators, configure a different WWN for the iSCSI initiator for each switch. If
you use a proxy-initiator, be sure to configure a different pWWN on each iSCSI interface for each VRRP
port used.

Ethernet PortChannel-Based High Availability

All iSCSI data traffic for one iSCSI link is carried on one TCP connection. Consequently, the aggregated
bandwidth will be one Gbps for that iSCSI link.
