V. Basic operation flow chart

1. Basic performance

Alarm indication is displayed.
Operation corresponding to
return of alarm.
If you press the RESET
switch after having turned
the power ON, the fork,
loop cutter, loop pull-
out device, hook moving
device and the presser
conduct their initial op-
erations (origin retriev-
ing operations). So, take
added care to keep your
hands away from those
operating parts.
Basic performance
Turn ON the power switch.
Error check
Error is not found.
Press the RESET switch.
Perform mechanical origin retriev-
al of supply device and hook posi-
tion retrieval.
Check the sewing data.
Turn ON the set ready switch.
Perform mechanical origin retriev-
al of the sewing machine.
Set a garment body on the ma-
chine.
Press the start switch.
Loop folding fork travels forward.
Presser foot of the machine
comes down.
Loop folding fork travels back-
ward.
The machine starts to rotate.
The subsequent loop is folded.
Thread trimmer and wiper actuate.
The machine stops rotating.
Presser foot of the machine goes up.
The machine completes sewing.
Take out the finished garment
body from the machine.

Temporary stop
Turn ON the temporary stop
switch.
Alarm indication for temporary
stop procedure is displayed.
Eliminate the cause of failure
that resulted in a temporary
stop.
Press the RESET switch.
Be careful not to press the
start switch by mistake
when setting a garment
body on the machine.
Simultaneously with turn-
ing-ON of the start switch,
the folded belt loop and
fork of the belt loop sup-
plying device move under
needle at a high speed.
So, press the start switch
after you have confirmed
that you have placed your
hands at a safe position
where your hands will nev-
er be injured by the fork.

to be done by the opera-
tor.
The description bounded
by single rectangle indi-
cates a step of procedure
that is automatically
carried out by the ma-
chine/belt loop supplying
device.
