Codec:
Determines how the audio is compressed/decompressed and the name given to the defined
algorithm.
Codec Rate:
Actual bits per second of the audio in compressed form. This is sent over the network through
various data packets. Network efficiency can be calculated with an IP header for each packet
of X ms of audio.
