This setting can be configured when an encryption key has already been generated for
the scanner.
For details about encryption keys, refer to
- Username
Set the user name used to connect to the save destination.
You can also set the name in the "UserName@Domain" or "Domain UserName" format.
The space before or after the character string is ignored.
HINT
If the user name contains characters that cannot be displayed on the touch screen of the
scanner (such as environment-dependent characters), the name may not display correctly
on the screen.
- Password
This setting can be configured when [Password authentication] is selected for
[Authentication Method].
Enter the password for the user name used for connecting to the save destination.
Spaces before and after the character string are maintained.
[Apply to the scanner] button
Applies the configured settings.
