Possible causes/consequences and
* Cruise control has been deactivated.
If there is an additional warning tone, cruise control has been deactivated automatically (
* The limiter can temporarily not be engaged. Once the cause of the problem is no longer present, the system will be
available again.
* If you depress the accelerator pedal beyond the point of resistance (kickdown), the limiter will be switched to passive
mode ( page 248).

* The limiter is malfunctioning.
Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
