To use voice control: use the voice commands

of the MBUX voice assistant.
The emergency call has been made:
A voice connection is established with an

emergency call centre.
Remain in the vehicle if the road and traffic
R
conditions permit you to do so until a voice
connection is established with the emergency
call centre.
On the basis of the call, the emergency call
R
centre decides whether it is necessary to call
rescue teams and the police to the accident
site.
A message with accident data is transmitted
R
to the emergency call centre.
If no connection can be made to the public emer-
gency services, a corresponding message
appears in the display.
Dial the emergency number 112 or the appro-

priate local emergency call number on your
mobile phone.

Emergency call system data transfer
For both the Mercedes-Benz emergency call sys-
tem as well as the 112 emergency call system (EU
eCall) data is transferred to the Mercedes-Benz
emergency call centre or the public emergency
services call centre.
Depending on the emergency call system
( page 384) activated different data is transmit-
/
ted to the appropriate emergency call centre.
