Editing Parameters with CX-Drive

The Inverter/Servo support tool CX-Drive is the support software to edit inverter parameters.
Installing the OMRON CX-One software simultaneously installs CX-Drive onto the PC.
CX-Drive enables you to connect your PC to the RJ45 or USB connector of an inverter to directly edit its
parameters.
In addition, CX-Drive can be connected to the CS/CJ-series CPU Unit so that you can edit inverter
parameters via CompoNet communications. (This feature is supported in Ver.2.6 or higher.)
This section describes how to connect CX-Drive via CompoNet to your inverter and provides a func-
tional outline of CX-Drive.
For the functional details of CX-Drive, refer to the CX-Drive Operation Manual (Cat. No. W453).
