Click the [Gateway PLC] tab and select the type of connection between CX-Drive and the
CS/CJ-series CPU Unit.
Click the [Properties] button and configure the following settings.
• Device Type: Select the model of the CPU Unit to which CX-Drive is connected.
• Network Type: Select the network via which CX-Drive is connected to the CPU Unit.

When the above settings are done, use the [OK] button to close all the windows. A new
project is registered in the workspace.
You can click the Work Online button [
