Adjustment of conveyor side rubber
If the conveyor side rubber has been worn out, cre-
ating a clearance between the rubber and belt,
loosen the adjustment bolt.
(Standard clearance 0 mm, i.e. close contact)

Adjustment of scraper
Driving pulley side
1. The default condition is as shown in the dia-
gram.
2. Loosen nuts (1) and bolts (2), then set cleaner
plate (4) so that it is at right angles to belt (3).
3. Loosen nuts (5) and (6), then move the cleaner
up so that the tip (7) of the cleaner contacts the
belt.
