30 Testing and adjusting
Replacement of crusher driving V-belt
1. Secure the crusher inspection hatch in the
open position.
2. Loosen the bolts of flywheel cover (1) at the
side of the top step to release it, and at the
same time, remove motor cover (2).
3. Loosen locknuts (4) and (5) of crusher V-belt
adjustment turnbuckle (3).
(Locknut (5) turns in the opposite direction to
normal.)

4. Turn the crusher V-belt adjustment turnbuckle
(3) to reduce distance (L) between the yokes.
