Pre-installation checklist
1 Make sure you have one NTEX00BA i2004 Internet Telephone Boxed
Package for each i2004 Internet Telephone. The Boxed Package
contains:
• NTEX00AA i2004 Internet Telephone
• A0648375 7 foot Ethernet cable, Category 5
• PO910803 i2004 Quick Reference Card
• A0619627 Power Transformer (117/120 Vac 50/60 Hz)
• A0788874 Telephone Handset (Ethergray)
• A0788682 Telephone Handset Cord (Ethergray)
• P0886045 Telephone footstand
2 Make sure you have the following:
• A dedicated 10BaseT or 100BaseT or 10/100BaseT Ethernet
interface.
• A small desktop hub or switch if you are sharing your existing
desktop Ethernet connection with your PC.
• A local power supply appropriate for the voltage in your area.
