Static Route Overview

The web configurator allows you to set up static routes that tell the IES-1000 how to forward management traffic
when you configure the TCP/IP parameters manually.

Static Route Setup Screen

Click Static Route Setup in the navigation panel to open this screen.
Static Route Setup is a static route summary table.
The following table describes this screen.
LABEL
Name This field displays the descriptive name for this route. This is for identification purposes only.
Destination This field displays the IP network address of the final destination.
Address
Subnet Mask This field displays the subnet mask for this destination.
Gateway This field displays the IP address of the gateway. The gateway is an immediate neighbor of your
Address IES-1000 that will forward the packet to the destination.
Metric This field displays the cost of transmission for routing purposes.
Add Click this button to configure a new static route.
Delete Select a static route(s)'s Delete check box and click the Delete button to remove the static
route.
