Turn the power off and power
on again after display is off

5.8 Phase Loss (PHL)

Check if the wiring of terminals R, S and T is OK
Check if the screws of terminals are tightened
Check if the input voltage of R, S, T is unbalanced Check if the input voltage of R, S, T is unbalanced
Maybe AC motor drive has malfunction or misoperation
due to noise. Please contact DELTA.
