Installing a Fan Unit

This section describes the procedure for installing a fan unit.
15.4.1 Installing a fan unit
Install a fan unit into its slot vertically.
1.
Caution - Do not force a fan unit into its slot. Using excessive force may damage the
component or the chassis.
2. Push the fan unit in firmly while aligning the connector on the back of the fan
unit with the connector on the motherboard unit.
Note - Check that the fan unit is firmly inserted and secured.
