2 Installing the card in a server
Follow the procedure below to install the card in a server.
For the procedure of installing expansion cards, including this card, in a server, refer
also to the instruction manual for the server.
1) Turn off the server and its peripheral devices, and then disconnect their power
2) Remove the cover from the server.
3) Remove the bracket which blocks the PCI slot into which you want to insert the
