Problem
The RAID software reports the fol-
lowing errors:
The RAID plug-in failed to load,

The Serial ATA plug-in failed to

load, because the driver is not in-
stalled correctly.

for the following reason:
– A plug-in did not provide a
page for the selected device
– A plug-in failed to load
After changing the drive, the system
does not boot from the RAID system
After changing the drive, "unused" is

Possible cause
The USB ports are disabled in
BIOS.
USB 2.0 device connected alt-
hough USB 2.0 is disabled.
Operating system does not support
the USB ports.
The boot parameters in the boot
loader file "BCD" are incorrect or
damaged.
Possible cause
One module is not switched on

Both modules are connected so

the same AC circuit
Possible cause
RAID is not activated
RAID system does not have high-
est boot priority
System was booted without func-
tioning drive. The removable drive
bay might not be switched on.
Possible remedy
Enable the USB port or use a different USB port.
Enable USB 2.0.
Turn on USB Legacy Support for mouse and

keyboard.
For other devices, you need the USB device

drivers for the required operating system.
Run "Startup and Repair" from Microsoft Windows:
1. Connect the USB stick (Recovery).
2. Start the boot manager using the <F12> key
during booting
3. Select the line with "UEFI" in front of the drive of
the USB stick.
4. Click "Next" in the language selection window.
5. In the following "Install Windows" dialog, click
"Repair your computer" or press the <R> key.
The "System Recovery Options" dialog appears.
The system is checked for errors.
6. Next, click "Repair and restart".

Switch on both modules
