Lights
MMake sure that the following
doors/covers are closed.
Front door
Close the front door completely.

Right cover
Close the right cover.
Optional document feeder (ADF) cov-
er
Close the document feeder (ADF)
cover until it locks in position.

Guide plate
Turn the guide plate lever clock-
wise to close the guide plate.
