• Kick axle assembly

• Plain washer ~
• Lock washer

3. Remove:
• Circlips
CD
• Plain washers ~
• Kick idle gear
®
SHIFT SHAFT
NOTE: _
With the engine mounting, the shift shaft can be
maintained by removing the following parts.
• Footrest (Right)
• Crankcase cover (Right)
·Clutch
1. Unhook:
• Shift lever
CD
2. Pull out the shift shaft.
3. Remove:
• Shift shaft
CD
• Plain washer ~
·Return spring
®
• Stopper lever
@
• Plain washer
