4. Remove:
- Cam sprocket
CD
Hold the crankshaft.
NOTE: _
- Fasten safety wire

to the cam chain to pre-
vent if from failling into the crankcase.
-When removing the cam sprocket, it is not
necessary to separate the cam chain.
5. Remove:
-Cylinder head
CD
NOTE: _
- Before removing the cylinder head, loosen the
spark plug.
-Working in a crisscross pattern, loosen all bolt
1/4 turn each. Remove them after all are
loosened.
6. Remove:
-Gasket
CD
(Cylinder head)
- Dowel pins
@
-O-ring
@
CYLINDER
NOTE: _
With the engine mounted, the cylinder head can
be maintained by removing the following parts.
-Seat
-Fuel tank
• Exhaust pipe
• Cylinder head
1. Remove:
- Clutch cable holder
CD
-Cylinder
@
• Cam chain tensioner (Exhaust)
