REMOVAL
NOTE: _
The following parts can be cleaned and inspect-
ed without carburetor removal.
- Starter plunger
- Diaphragm (Coasting enricher)
-Float
-Valve seat
-Main jet
-Pilot jet
- Pilot screw
1. Remove:
- Side covers (Left and right)
2. Turn the fuel cock to "0FF" position and dis-
connect the fuel hose
CD.
3. Loosen:
- Locknuts

- Adjusters

4. Remove:
-Throttle cables

5. Loosen:
-Screws (Carburetor joint)
6. Remove:
- Carburetor assembly
