6. Loosen:
- Screws (Handlebar switch - Right)
7. Remove:
-Bands
CD
- Handlebar
CZ)
8. Remove:
- Steering stem bolt
CD
- Handle crown
CZ)
9. Remove:
-Ring nut
CD
- Ball race cover
CZ)
Use a Ring Nut Wrench.

Ring Nut Wrench:
~
PIN YU-33975
WARNING:
Support the under bracket so that it may not
fall down.
10. Remove:
-Sail race (Upper-Upper)
CD
-Upper balls (3/16 in-22 pes.)
CZ)
-Lower balls (1/4 in-19 pes.)

-Under bracket

NOTE: _
Take care not to loose the balls.
INSPECTION
1. Wash the balls and bearing race with solvent.
2. Inspect:
-Balls
- Bearing races
Pitting/
Damage~
Replace.
NOTE: _
Always replace the balls and bearings as a set.
