To display logs
From the menu, choose Alarms/Stats/Logs
Result: The Remote Office 9150 unit displays the logs it maintains in a window
similar to the following. You can use the scroll bar to browse through the logs to
find the information in which you are interested.
Note: The information displayed in these logs also appears in the event.dat file
on your administration PC.
To print the log to a file
If you are requesting technical support, you might be asked to provide a copy of
the logs. To recreate the log in a file on your administration PC, follow this
procedure:
1 Position the mouse pointer inside the log window at the beginning of the
text you want to copy.
2 Select the text you want to copy, and then press Ctrl-C.
3 Open WordPad or Notepad.
4 Press Ctrl-V to paste the text.
5 Save and close the text file.
