Fault resolution
Allow the motor and controller to cool.
•
Follow the installation instructions, see Section Installation
•
(Page 91).
The distance between the door and the CLOSED position
•
must be less than 10 cm at the start of the learn run.
The door width must be between 30 cm and 5 m.
•
There must not be any obstructions during the learn run.
•
Increasing the closing force by reducing the counterweight
•
by means of the minimal editor.
If there is no valid parameter set (for example at the time of
•
initial commissioning):
Perform learn run with standard parameters loaded (see Ta-
ble 6-3 Starting a learn run when the supply voltage is ap-
plied (Page 44)).
If a learn run has been canceled:
•
Repeat the learn run or restart the controller.
