Check the input voltage of the controller at the power supply
•
connector X3:
The maximum supply voltage permitted for the controller is
36 V +3%.
Check the line voltage.
•
Check the power supply and replace it if necessary.
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
Check the input voltage of the controller at the power supply
•
connector X3:
The controller supply voltage must be at least 20 V.
Check the line voltage.
•
Check the power supply and replace it if necessary
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
Check the wiring between motor plug X7 and motor.
•
Motor is defective. Replace the motor.
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
Belt torn.
•
Belt not laid on the motor pinion.
•
No connection between door and belt.
•
Check whether the weight of the heaviest door coupled in
•
the system is compatible with the maximum movable dy-
namic door weight specified for the motor.
Reduce the door weight, restart the controller, and repeat
•
the learn run.
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
The controller monitors whether the measured forces and
speeds are plausible. If large deviations are detected, a super-
vision error is triggered.
Possible cause:
Effect of high external forces on the door (for example exces-
sive closing weight or manual pushing on the door while it is in
motion).
