Final checks
Final check of the permissible energies and forces.
Risk of injury due to moving mechanical parts
Check permissible forces and energies after the door drive has been commissioned in the
complete system and adjust them if they exceed their limit values.
Please observe the valid applicable standards and directives for the respective application,
as well as the following guidelines:
• The speed limit curve is the characteristic curve which defines the maximum permissible
• Gearing up or down is not allowed on the toothed belt because this would change the
Risk of injury and material damage due to excessive closing or opening force of the door
Exceeding the maximum static closing and opening forces may lead to injuries to persons
or damage to the door drive and to mechanical components of the door.
Taking the counterweights into account, the maximum static closing and opening forces
must not exceed 150 N!
