Turntable Rotation Assembly

How to Remove the Turntable
Rotation Assembly
When removing a hose assembly
or fitting, the O-ring on the fitting
and/or hose end must be replaced
and then torqued to specification
during installation.
Refer to Section 2, Hydraulic Hose
and Fitting Torque Specifications.
1 Raise the secondary boom until the platform
end of the lower secondary boom arm is
approximately 8 feet / 2.4 m off the ground.
2 Secure the turntable from rotating with the
turntable rotation lock.
Crushing hazard. The machine
could tip over when the turntable
rotation assembly is removed if
the turntable rotation lock is not in
the locked position.

3 Tag, disconnect and plug the hydraulic hoses
4 Attach a lifting strap from an overhead crane or
