6. Optical section

(1) Optical unit

Remove the upper cabinet.

Remove two connectors from the optical unit and remove the
optical unit. (Refer to the A-1.)

Remove the right cabinet, the rear cabinet, and the upper cabinet.
(Refer to the A-1/2/3.)

Remove the cables of the grid bias electrode, the main charger
electrode, and the GND electrode.

Remove the drive section cover.
