Occurrence conditions
The resist roller does not transport paper.
Paper detector (PIN) trouble
Details, causes
(The paper rear edge is not recognized within 5 sec after detecting the paper lead edge by the paper detector
(PIN).) (LOW is kept for 5 sec or more.) (The paper lead edge is not recognized by the paper detector (PIN) within
5 sec after detecting the paper by the manual paper feed detector (HFIN).)

Replace the paper detector (PIN).

Clean or replace the paper feed section paper guide.
Clean or replace the resist roller.
Replace the resist roller clutch.
Repair the PCU PWB resist roller clutch control circuit.
Clean or replace the charger roller.
Clean or replace the transfer drum.
Replace the high voltage power unit.
Repair the PCU PWB transfer charger control circuit.
Repair the lift mechanism section, replace the parts.
Repair the PCU PWB lift clutch control circuit.
Replace the transport roller.
