2) Remove the developing shutter clutch.

3) Attach the developing shutter clutch solenoid adjustment jig in the
developing shutter clutch attachment position.
4) Manually turn on the developing shutter clutch solenoid.
At that time, check that the developing shutter clutch solenoid
actuator tip is at the center of the adjustment jig stopper.

If the tip is not at the center as described above, loosen the
developing shutter clutch solenoid fixing screw and change the
fixing position to adjust.
(Note) When turning on the developing shutter clutch solenoid
manually, be careful not to allow a clearance between the
actuator and the solenoid attraction surface.
If the adjustment is properly made, the clutch lever tip makes
contact with the outside hook section of the clutch sleeve when
the developing shutter clutch solenoid is turned on, and the clutch
lever tip makes contact with the internal hook side when the
developing shutter clutch solenoid is turned off.
Therefore, the shutter is opened when the developing shutter
clutch solenoid is turned on; and closed when the developing
shutter clutch solenoid is turned off.
If the above condition is not satisfied, repeat procedures 2) ∼ 4)
until the above condition is satisfied.
