Select the desired item of TONER LEVEL XXXX with the MENU key.
Use the v key and the w key to select the developing unit kind.

The toner concentration means the ratio of toner and developer in the
developing unit.
The value displayed for each developing unit and each machine
varies considerably.

Black image print density control level
The print density level of each color is shown. The density level
differs depending on color.
The greater the display value is, the higher the developing bias volt-
age is; and the smaller the display value is, the lower the developing
bias voltage is.
The greater the developing bias voltage is, the higher the print den-
sity is.
After selecting the developing unit kind, press the ENTER (SET) key
to display the toner concentration control level.
Under this state, press the RESET key to return to the developing
unit selection mode.
When the toner concentration control level is displayed, use the v
key and the w key to change the toner concentration control level.

Select the desired item of ID LEVEL XXXXXXX with the MENU key.
Use the v key and the w key to select the desired color.
After selecting the color, press the ENTER (SET) key to display the
print density level.
Under this state, press the RESET key to return to the color selection
mode.
When the print density level is displayed, use the v key and the w
key to change the print density level.
