1 Fusing roller cleaner Cleans the fusing roller surface.
2 Heat roller Applies heat and pressure to toner on the paper to fuse.
3 Pressure roller Applies a pressure to toner on the paper to fuse.
4 Thermistor Detects the temperature on the fusing roller.
5 Fusing unit connector Interfaces each sensor with the operation PWB and the PCU PWB.
6 Temperature fuse Cuts the heater lamp power in case of an overheat in abnormality.
7 Heater lamp Heats the heat roller.
8 Oil tank Stores oil to assure separation.
Prevents toner on the paper from being attached to the fusing roller in fusing operation.
9 Oil felt Utilizes the capillary phenomenon to absorb oil in the oil tank and apply oil to the fusing roller.
10 Oil blade Maintains the amount of oil applied to the oil roller by the oil felt at a constant level, maintaining the amount of oil on
the fusing roller.
11 Fuse Used to detect whether the fusing unit is a virgin one or not. When a virgin fusing unit is installed, the fuse is blown
to reset the fusing counter.
12 Oil roller Applies a constant amount of oil to the fusing roller.
13 Paper guide Guides the paper after fusing to the paper exit section.
