5875 SC Auto Reboot
Determines whether the machine reboots automatically when an SC error
occurs.
0: The machine reboots automatically when the machine issues an SC error and
logs the SC error code. If the same SC occurs again, the machine does not
reboot.
1: The machine does not reboot when an SC error occurs.
The reboot does not occur for Type A SC codes.
5878 Option Setup
Data Overwrite Security (DOS) Setup
This SP enables the DOS function after it has been installed. For more, see
Section "1. Installation" of the Service Manual.
5907 Plug & Play Maker/Model Name
Selects the brand name and the production name for Windows Plug & Play. This
information is stored in the NVRAM. If the NVRAM is defective, these names
should be registered again.
After selecting, press the "Original Type" key and "#" key at the same time. When
the setting is completed, the beeper sounds five times.
5913 Switchover Permission Time
002 Print Application Timer
Sets the length of time to elapse before allowing another application to take
control of the display when the application currently controlling the display
is not operating because a key has not been pressed.

102 Print Application Set
This SP prescribes the time interval to expire before the machine shifts to
another application when another application currently holds access control
for the standby mode while there is no key input.

5915 Mechanical Counter Detection
This SP checks the mechanical counter to confirm whether it is connected.
0: Disconnected 1: Connected 2: Unknown
Note:
• The reading returned by this SP does not change if the mechanical counter is
removed while the machine is powered on.
• About 3 sec. is required for this SP to return a correct reading after the machine
is switched on.
