The clock generator settings
read from the I2C bus were not
correct. Possible cause are:
• Clock generator defective
• I2C bus defective
•
I2C board of CPU defective
The RTC 1 second check routine
detected a problem with the RTC
device or the NVRAM installation.
The NVRAM mounted in the RTC
device is not set correctly, or the RTC
backup battery is low.
An error was detected after a routine
write/verify check executed on the
RAM.
The system cannot read the values in
RAM
Possible causes:
• RAM type is incorrect
• SPD ROM on the RAM is defective
•
12C bus is defective
Bootstrap code error.
The CPU or flash ROM device has
malfunctioned.
Measuring the CRC for the boot monitor
and operating system program results in
an error.

A check of the CRC value for ROMFS of
the entire ROM area results in an error.
• Change the controller board or the optional RAM DIMM
• NVRAM defective
• NVRAM installed incorrectly
• Replace RTC device
• Check the NVRAM and make
sure that it is connected
correctly.
• Replace the RTC device.
• Replace the RAM DIMM.
