4. Enter User name, Personnel ID and Password into the input
fields of the same name.
5. To define the desired security level for the new user, tap
buttons 0, 1 or 2.
 The checkmark on the button indicates which security level
has been selected (in this case, 0).
6. To store a user image, tap the User photo button.
Information
The user photo can also be stored at a later time ( p. 92).
7. Tap the Print BC button.
 The barcode required to log in the new user is printed out.
8. Log in the new user using the hand scanner ( p. 88).
 Once the barcode has been scanned, an Identity
number will appear in the input field of the same name.
9. Confirm with OK.
 The information for the new user is adopted.
10. Tap the Save button.
 The new user has been created.
