This function is not active unless combined
with an attached forked light barrier
(optional). The forked light barrier checks if

the bobbin, the winding process will not start.

level 0 will also be allowed to delete a bobbin
number from the database  p. 80
If this function is activated, the button Delete
bobbin will also be displayed on the main
screen for users with security level 0.
