The user name is allowed to be used as part of the password.
The no form of the command does not allow user name to be used as password
credits

credits [lowercase credits] [uppercase credits] [numeric credits] [special-character
credits]

The maximum credits given for usage of the different character classes in the local passwords.
The no form of the command resets to default.
