Technical Support Center:
Check the duplex unit for any jammed media. Remove any jammed media. Check
if the paper stack does not exceed the line marker on the tray guides. If it does
exceed, then lessen the media stack. Turn off the printer. Wait for 10 seconds,
then turn on the printer. If the problem remains, then replace the printer.
