Technical Support Center:
Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord.
Wait for 10 seconds, and turn on the printer.
Resend the scan job, or try another scan/copy job.
If the problem remains, then replace the printer.

Bring the printer up in Manufacturing mode. From
the home screen, touch
Test > Calibrate ADF scanner. If the problem
remains, go to
"Unrecoverable scan error

Insert media with the correct paper type and paper
size in the tray. If the problem persists, turn off the
printer by unplugging the power cord. Wait for 10
seconds, and turn on the printer. Resend the fax
job. If the problem remains, then replace the
