Action
Technical Support Center:
Be sure that there is a connection from the printer
to the network or PC. Check the USB and Ethernet
cables for proper connection. Reseat the cables.
Check if the wireless connection is still working.
Resend the print job. If the problem remains, then
turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord.
Wait for 10 seconds, and turn on the printer.
Resend the print job. If the problem remains, then
replace the printer.
Service:
Check for any damage on the system board port. If
the problem remains, then replace the system
board. See

Technical Support Center:
Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord.
Wait for 10 seconds, then turn on the printer.
Resend the print job. If the problem persists, then
reduce the number of print job pages or send print
jobs in batches. If the problem is not solved, then
simplify the print job by reducing graphics and fonts
before resending. If the problem remains, then
replace the printer.

Remove paper from the exit tray. Turn off the
printer by unplugging the power cord. Wait for 10
seconds, and turn on the printer. Check the exit
tray for any obstruction. Clear any obstruction.
