Reinstall the input tray. See

Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord. Wait for
10 seconds, and turn on the printer. Run a test print. From
the home screen, touch
Reports > Demonstration Page.

Remove the input tray. Check if there are any obstruction
on the tray path that prevents it from being properly
inserted.
Is the tray path free from any obstruction?

Check the input tray for any damage.
Is the input tray free from any damage?

Check if the pick assembly can go down to its pick position
every time a tray is inserted. Remove the tray, and
manually trigger the pick assembly by pushing down the
lever at the right side of the pick assembly.
Can the pick assembly go down to its pick position
when triggered?

Check the pick assembly for any damage. Run a test print.
From the home screen, touch
Reports > Demonstration Page. Check if the pick roll will
actually spin. Extend the paper tray assembly, and use a
flashlight to check if the pick roll would actually spin during
paper pick.
Is the pick assembly free from any damage, and can
initiate a pick?

Replace the input tray.
