v Replace the Primary I/O Book at U1.18-P1-H2 if not recorded in "Step 1549-1" on page 338.
v First location code item recorded, if any, in "Step 1549-1" on page 338.
v Second location code item recorded, if any, in "Step 1549-1" on page 338.
v Third location code item recorded, if any, in "Step 1549-1" on page 338.

Turn on the power.

Did the system stop with the same error code as recorded in "Step 1549-1" on page 338?
No The book or module just replaced was defective. This ends the procedure.
Return the system to its original configuration.

for Multiple Bus Systems.
Yes Go to "Step 1549-36".
