What to do if...

Rooms are too hot

Cause
Heat pump control unit set incorrectly
Remote control (if installed) set incorrectly.
Separate operating instructions
"Note", "Warning" or "Fault" is displayed.
In conjunction with a ventilation unit:
The bypass does not open.
There is no hot water
Cause
The heat pump is off.
Heat pump control unit set incorrectly.
Remote control (if installed) set incorrectly.

"Note", "Warning" or "Fault" is displayed.
The DHW is too hot
Cause
Heat pump control unit set incorrectly
Remote control (if installed) set incorrectly.

Remedy
Central heating/central cooling must be enabled.
Check settings and correct if required:
Operating program (see page 20)
Room temperature (see page 20)
Time (see page 38)
Time program central heating/central cooling (see
page 21).
Time program heating water buffer cylinder (see
page 21).
Heating curve/cooling curve (see page 22).
Enable active cooling mode if required (see page 30).
Call up the type of message and acknowledge it (see
page 42). If necessary, notify your heating contractor.
Check settings and correct if required:
Ventilation room temperature "Set room tempera-
ture" (see page 33)
Minimum ventilation temperature "Min supply air t.
byp" (see page 33)
If necessary, notify your heating contractor.
Remedy
Switch the ON/OFF switch ON (see diagrams from
page 18).
Switch ON the mains isolator (if installed, outside the
boiler room).
Reset the MCB in the power distribution board (main
domestic MCB).
DHW heating must be enabled.
Check settings and correct if required:
Operating program (see page 26)
DHW temperature (see page 26)
Time program DHW heating (see page 26)
Time (see page 38)
If necessary, enable electric booster heater for DHW
heating (if installed, see page 29).
Call up the type of message and acknowledge it (see
page 42). If necessary, notify your heating contractor.
Remedy
Check and if necessary correct the standard DHW
temperature (see page 26).
