Refer to Figure 10 for this procedure.
NOTE
Because the jetting between the carbu-
retors may be different, store the compo-
nents for each carburetor in a separate
box.

1. Before removing the pilot air screw ( 19, Fig-
ure 10), count the turns while screwing it in un-
til it seats lightly. Record the original exact
position, then back the screw out and remove it
and the spring from the carburetor.
2. Remove the screws attaching the float bowl
to the carburetor housing. Remove the float
bowl (Figure 11) and bowl gasket.
