IMPORTANT
• Depending on the machine configuration, some functions and settings may not be
available.
• To access the System Settings, you must enter the System Manager ID and System
Password. For more information, see Chapter 1, "Before You Start," in the System
Settings Guide.
NOTE
The current settings of the Additional Functions can be printed in list form. (See
"Printing the User's Data List," on p. 2-39.)

Printing the User's Data List

The User's Data List enables you to check the current settings of the machine.
