[1.3.166] Clocks

[1.3.167] As an EMI reduction requirement all unused clocks
shall be turned off during BIOS setup for the CK420BQ,
DB1900Z, and CKMNG+. This is accomplished by using the
Clock SMBus interface.
[1.3.168] All root and end points for SNB –EP / IVB -EP PCIe
should be from the same clock source. This is a requirement
put forth by the SNB-EP and IVB-EP Silicon Teams.
[1.3.169] All SNB–EP and IVB-EP processors BCLK and
PCIE_CLK should be from the same clock source.
