Description:
Creates a VLAN for the access point.
Syntax:
create vlan-id
vlan-name
Example:
admin(network.lan.wlan-mapping)>
admin(network.lan.wlan-mapping)>create 5 vlan-5

<name> Specifies the name of the VLAN (1-31 characters in length).
