2. Click in the appropriate box in the Change Password menu and enter a
user name or password. You will be required to repeat the password
string in the confirmation box.
Both the user name and password can be from 3 to 16 printable ASCII
characters.
3. Click on [Apply Changes]
The user name and password you assign in the web browser interface will
overwrite the previous settings assigned in either the web browser interface
or the access point console. That is, the most recently assigned user name and
password are immediately effective for the access point, regardless of which
interface was used to assign these parameters.
The manager user name and password is used to control access to all manage-
ment interfaces for the access point. Once set, you will be prompted to supply
the user name and password every time you try to access the access point
through any of its interfaces.
